Karls' poem
Our hearts are sad because you're slipping away but your soul is so brave. So many things left unsaid, so many things left undone. Your soul is starting to slip away. We love you with all of our hearts, but god says you cannot stay. lay your tired head upon your bed and rest your soul to sleep. I don't want to see you suffer, my heart breaks to see you fall asleep. I'll see you again some day, save a space for me. Please don't forget me. Mom forgive the things I have done, and I will do the same. You fought to the bitter end. Your fight is over now, but I still feel you near. The fear is gone and your at peace.
